- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to evaluate operational improvements and technology adoption

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- At least one year of employee supervision or performance management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills for managing diverse operational teams
- Experience analyzing performance metrics and implementing operational improvements
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Physical capability to move wheeled equipment or carts when required during operational activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data analysis
- Knowledge of Lean principles, process improvement methods, or operational analytics is advantageous
