Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Handle employee inquiries and provide information and assistance on HR-related matters.
Support HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll transactions.
Stay up-to-date on HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR administration or a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in HR record-keeping.
