- Lead the design and documentation of end-to-end service processes across Aldar Education HQ and school operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and digital enablement.
- Develop clear service blueprints, process maps, and operating models to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure processes are designed to be scalable, efficient, and aligned with Aldar Education's operational and digital strategy.
- Support the implementation of digital tools by ensuring underlying business processes are clearly defined and optimized.
- Promote best practices in service design, process design, and user-centered service delivery across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Service Design, Operations Management, Digital Transformation, or related field
- Certification or training in Service Design, Process Design, or Design Thinking is an advantage
- 5-8 years of experience in service design, process design, operational improvement, or digital transformation roles
- Experience designing operational workflows and service experiences within complex organizations
- Experience working alongside digital product teams or technology implementation initiatives
- Strong expertise in service design methodologies and frameworks
- Experience developing service blueprints, process maps, and operating models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into structured service designs
- Understanding of automation, digital platforms, and system-enabled services
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management capability
- Experience working within transformation or digital change programs
