Participants gain hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and cross-functional exposure across AbbVie , building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.We are currently accepting applications for بour tracks: Commercial, Medical, HR, and Finance.Program Tracks & Rotations1. Commercial TrackFor candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field with a strong interest in commercial roles.Rotations include:
  • Field Sales
  • Marketing
  • Customer Excellence
  • Market Access
  • Regulatory Affairs
  • Ethics & Compliance (OEC)
  • Quality Assurance
2. Medical TrackFor candidates with Science or medical backgrounds (biomedical sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, life sciences, etc.).Rotations include:
  • Medical Affairs
  • Patient Safety
  • Pharmacovigilance
  • Evidence Generation
3. HR TrackFor candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field, with a strong interest in developing a career in HR.Rotations include:
  • Business HR Support
  • Talent Acquisition
  • HR Operations
4. Finance TrackFor candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or any relevant field, with an interest in building foundational experience in Finance.Rotations include:
  • Credit & Collections
  • Accounting
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
