- Prepare balance sheets, cash flow budgets, quarterly forecasts, and management reports
- Support department leaders in financial decision making and strategic business planning activities
- Conduct monthly financial reviews including variance analysis and performance reporting
- Support the month-end close process including accrual entries, revenue recognition, expense allocation, and reconciliations
- Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company financial policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage statutory audit processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
- Collaborate with internal teams across finance, operations, and management to support business initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, or finance management roles
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and financial reporting requirements
- Experience managing month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
