
Regional Sales Manager

- Sales development per country, reporting to the RSD MEA
- Managing a portfolio of distributors in order to maximize sales revenues and meet or exceed regional goals.
- Support sales directly, negotiation, etc
- Create offers and ensure that the company's specifications are carefully written in tenders
- Driving & supporting the distribution network.
- Set and implement activities and revenue targets for each country and monitor performance.
- Market assessment
- Strategy adaptation and implementation in line with corporate strategy
- Competitiveness evaluations
- Research import regulations and advise on the best methods to import the products into each country.
- Manage payments/receivables in assigned territories
- Driving and managing the education of distributors about the product portfolio and strategies
- Identify and address problems and issues
- Support product registration in assigned territories
- Participate in exhibitions and conferences to generate business leads
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals. And a follow-up action plan to reach goals.
- Conducting sales reviews and monthly reports on sales performance
- Financial reporting of sales development
- Action and activities follow-up
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and French
- 5years' experience from a similar role in the sales of capital equipment and consumables in the Medical Devices Industry
- University degree
- Direct sales experience
- Distributor management experience
- Strong understanding of financial performance
- Regional knowledge of MEA with a focus on Africa
