Civil Construction Manager

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations across civil and structural works.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control in accordance with client and developer standards.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, HSE standards, and project-specific specifications.
• Provide technical input and decision-making on civil works, including earthworks, foundations, roads, drainage, and utilities.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, reporting, and resource planning.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Construction management experience, preferably on large-scale residential, high rise and mixed-use developments (British or European construction background will be advantageous)
• Proven track record of working with Tier 1 or 2 construction companies
• Strong understanding of civil and infrastructure packages within a fast-paced construction environment.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
