This contract position is based in the Dubai office and plays a critical role in supporting with regional sales activities. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Sales, Operations and Finance internal departments to ensure smooth communication with clients and efficient handling of sales processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining sales data in Salesforce, coordinating lead and event management with the global marketing team, and ensuring accurate processing and follow-up of regional sales orders. The role will also involve generating quotes, assisting with client communication, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring internal case handling across departments and qualifying new leads.About You
This role would be best suited towards an individual who is immediately available and residing in the UAE with previous experience in a similar B2B sales support or coordination role. Proficiency in Salesforce and fluency in Arabic are essential requirements for this role.
