- Maintain and update organizational structures, including reporting lines and headcount tracking
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in line with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Prepare employee documents such as contracts, transfers, amendments, and official letters
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and daily HR-related employee queries
- Drive engagement initiatives through surveys, feedback analysis, and internal events
- Assist in training coordination and performance management processes
- Track progress of HR projects and prepare reports for management review
- Coordinate with corporate teams to align HR activities with business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Early career professional with up to 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Good communication skills with ability to interact across departments
