Any Bachelor's Degree OR Diploma from an accredited institution
🛠️ Professional/Technical Qualifications:
NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to ADNOC Group approval)
Any other relevant HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion)
Additional HSE Trainings/Certifications will be advantageous💼 Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in HSE (any industry)
At least 3 years' experience in construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects/operations/production in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries
Experience in Petroleum Island turnaround, gas plants preferred
Prior ADNOC approvals preferred📋 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct HSE orientation/induction/awareness sessions
Implement Construction HSE deliverables and site-specific HSE procedures
Practical experience in SSOW implementation
Awareness of H2S control measures and working within Hazardous Classification Zones
Conduct HSE Inspections/Audits
Implement incident reporting and investigation procedures
Knowledge in emergency response scenarios related to Oil & Gas
Familiarity with ADNOC HSE Standards & WMS awareness
Experience in site-based activities
