Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We are seeking a motivated UAE National to join our team in a role that combines reception, administration, and sales support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad professional experience and be part of a dynamic and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Reception/front office duties: greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing inquiries.
  • Administrative support: scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating office activities.
  • Sales support: assisting the sales team with proposals, client follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Liaison: working with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • General support across multiple business functions as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • UAE National (as part of Emiratisation program).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
  • Previous admin, reception, or sales support experience is a plus but not required.
