- Reception/front office duties: greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing inquiries.
- Administrative support: scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating office activities.
- Sales support: assisting the sales team with proposals, client follow-ups, and documentation.
- Liaison: working with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- General support across multiple business functions as needed.
- UAE National (as part of Emiratisation program).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
- Previous admin, reception, or sales support experience is a plus but not required.
