Jumeirah Burj Al Arab is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Team Leader for its Private Dining team. This role is pivotal in ensuring world-class dining experiences for guests, while maintaining Jumeirah's exceptional service standards.What You'll Do
- Supervise day-to-day operations of private dining services, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align team goals and communicate operational updates.
- Delegate responsibilities to team members, monitor performance, and maintain motivation.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and conduct regular compliance checks.
- Provide expert knowledge of food and beverage offerings to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property or upscale restaurant.
- Proficiency in English; Russian or other European languages is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of MS Office, Opera (Cloud), Micros, and Sevenrooms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset.
