Job DetailsResponsibilitiesThe candidates will be responsible to develop the manufacture and installation of decorative ceilings. Must have extensive knowledge of gypsum, PU and acrylic.Oversee the setup, start-up of the operation, troubleshoot, and adjust processes to begin operations and meet site requirements.Assist department technical personnel with problem solving and experimental activities.Assist maintenance with troubleshooting and equipment repair as directed.Provide analysis, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs related to the molding processes.Active in process of improvement of teams.Maintain good work ethic and quality standards.Successfully complete all designated training for molding technicians.Demonstrated problem solving and strong troubleshooting skills required.Programming, troubleshooting, planning, quality control, systems and reports.Provide required communications to all levels in our focus factory.Company DescriptionGardinia stands as a premier force in residential and commercial construction in Dubai.
