- Design and manage compensation frameworks including salary structures, incentives, and pay-for-performance programs.
- Lead annual salary reviews, promotions, and market adjustments to ensure equity and competitiveness.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to align pay practices with industry trends.
- Maintain internal equity while balancing affordability and external competitiveness.
- Develop and govern compensation policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, financial governance, and audit requirements.
- Provide advisory support to HRBPs and business leaders on offers, retention, and reward decisions.
- Deliver data-driven insights, cost modeling, and executive reporting on compensation programs.
- Drive automation and effective use of Technology and AI solutions to improve efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing compensation team.
- Bachelor's degree within a relevant disciple and an HR professional certification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits and international policies within in global organisation , of which with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong track record in managing job evaluation, pay structures, incentive design, and salary review processes.
- Experience in large, multinational, or complex organizations preferred.
- Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and incentive program design.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and financial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, compensation management systems, and advanced Excel.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
