This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and growing equity portfolios across the region, within one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic investment markets globally.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the management of MENA-focused equity portfolios, delivering strong risk-adjusted returns in line with client objectives.Conduct deep fundamental research and analysis across sectors and markets in the Middle East and North Africa.Generate high-conviction investment ideas and implement them across discretionary mandates and funds.Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, and market developments, adjusting allocations as appropriate.Contribute to asset allocation discussions and broader investment strategy.Engage with internal stakeholders, clients, and external research providers to present insights and performance updates.Requirements8+ years of buy-side experience in equity research and portfolio management, with a proven track record in MENA equities.Strong analytical and valuation skills, with sectoral expertise within the MENA region.Ability to develop and articulate high-conviction investment theses.Solid understanding of regional markets, regulations, and investor landscape.CFA qualification (preferred) or equivalent advanced financial certification.Arabic language skills essential
