Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and financial transactions
Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
Reconcile bank statements and financial reports
Support the preparation of budgets, invoices, and financial statements
Help process payroll and monitor accounts payable/receivable
Assist with audits and compliance documentation
Prepare reports and summaries for the accounting team
Handle correspondence with vendors and clients regarding payments
