- Lead and manage project risk management activities across all project stages
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project risk registers in approved client formats
- Chair and facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Implement and monitor risk management strategies across infrastructure and building projects
- Perform quantitative cost risk assessments including Monte Carlo analysis
- Analyze risk trends across multiple projects within large programs
- Advise clients on mitigation strategies and industry best practices
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and client teams
- Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Lead technically complex advisory engagements and mentor junior staff
- Support business development activities and contribute to pursuit strategies
- Minimum 12 years of relevant post-education experience in infrastructure or construction risk management
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related discipline
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong experience with Middle East design and construction contracts
- Proven expertise in project lifecycle risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Experience with risk management software and quantitative modeling tools
- Capability to lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders
