We are a human-centric organization, promoting learning and development opportunities for all employees to thrive in dynamic markets.By investing in our people's continued growth and learning, we challenge and change how we build together - people and business.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and support Oracle HCM implementations and operations across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth functional knowledge combined with strong technical capabilities in Oracle HCM.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support current setup of Oracle HCM modules:
  • Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Helpdesk, Compensation, Talent Management, and Learning
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas to meet reporting and business needs.
  • Good Knowledge on HDL to migrate and load data into HCM application.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration and data flows within the Oracle HCM suite.
  • Support data migration, validation, and transformation activities.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Document processes, configurations, and customizations for operational support and audit purposes.
  • Managing the bulk data migrations using HDL tool.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud across multiple modules.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least 3 of the following modules:
  • Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Recruitment.
  • Strong technical proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Security Console.
  • Experience in end-to-end HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).
  • Familiarity with Redwood UI and new Oracle HCM features.
  • Experience in international/multi-country HCM deployments.
