- Creating and executing a thorough 360-degree marketing performance measurement strategy aimed at enhancing and maximizing marketing efficacy, outcomes, and ROI
- Rebuilding the marketing team for all assets within the organisation
- Working closely with the ED and the Board on building long term marketing strategies for the brand
- Responsible for the planning and execution of compelling consumer and media content creation
- Leadership marketing experience in a 360 role, where you have built and scaled teams but also adapted to working solo prior to building these teams
- Must come from either the sporting events industry, leading 360 marketing for global events or destination marketing for multiple luxury assets at once
- Open to working in a fast paced ever changing environment
