In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of security analysts, developing and implementing a comprehensive security monitoring program, and ensuring the timely detection and mitigation of cyber threats.You will also lead and manage a team of security analysts, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Develop and implement a comprehensive security monitoring program, aligned with industry best practices and government regulations.
Design and configure security monitoring tools and technologies, including SIEM, EDR, and network traffic analysis solutions.
Analyse security alerts and events, identify potential threats, and escalate incidents according to defined procedures.
Conduct investigations into security incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain situational awareness of the evolving threat landscape and advise on appropriate security measures.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on security posture and monitoring activities to senior management.
Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the security monitoring program.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing and operating a security monitoring program.
