This is a contractual role focused on building talent pipelines and leading a high-impact TA team within Real Estate, Construction, and Engineering verticals.What Youll Be Doing:

Lead and mentor a small TA team (23 members)
Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle
Partner closely with business leaders to deliver on strategic hiring plans
Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and technical functions

What Were Looking For:

812 years of solid Talent Acquisition experience
Proven team leadership capabilities
Industry exposure in Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering
Fluency in Arabic is a must
Arabic-speaking females are highly encouraged to apply
