Consultant Hematology BMT and CAR T Therapy Specialist - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai UAE

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for patients requiring bone marrow transplantation and CAR T cell therapy
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including bone marrow biopsies, stem cell mobilization, collection, conditioning, transplantation, and post-transplant management
• Lead administration and monitoring of advanced immunotherapies including CAR T cell treatments
• Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with oncology, infectious disease, transfusion medicine, and critical care teams
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings, transplant boards, and clinical audits
• Ensure adherence to international transplantation protocols and UAE regulatory standards
• Mentor junior physicians, fellows, and nursing teams in transplant and cellular therapy programs
• Contribute to research, clinical trials, and academic publications in hematology, BMT, and CAR T therapy
• Maintain continuous professional development and stay updated with advancements in cellular immunotherapy

• Medical Degree from a recognized institution with valid UAE licensure or eligibility
• Postgraduate qualification in Hematology with substantial experience in BMT and CAR T cell therapy
• Proven expertise in autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation
• Strong clinical leadership in managing complex hematologic malignancies and transplant-related complications
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence for patient and family engagement
