- Overseeing the processing of Payroll across diverse markets in the MENAT region through collaboration with trusted local vendors.
- Providing support to the HR function by managing the intricate processes involved in new vendor registration, purchase order creation, and goods receipt posting.
- Facilitating seamless benefits enrollment, removal, and renewal processes, particularly concerning Medical and Life insurance, across Dubai and other key markets.
- Demonstrating proficiency in managing the complex immigration procedures for residency visas and labor cards, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for resolving employee queries pertaining to salary certificates, payroll discrepancies, and general HR services.
- Collaborating closely with the Finance team to support budgeting processes across various financial cycles, including R1, R2, R3, 3&9, 6&6, and 9&3, while also assisting with payroll and HR expenses accruals.
- Establishing effective partnerships with external vendors to stay abreast of legislative changes, compensation updates, and data submissions, subsequently reviewing policies and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Maintaining the integrity of the salary database on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Providing comprehensive support to the HR function by drafting contracts and addendums for new hires, promotions, salary adjustments, and other relevant matters.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of compensation and benefits data within the HR system, including salary adjustments, employee bonuses, and off-cycle salary increments.
- Updating HR systems with employee movements such as hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations, resignations, and personal data changes, maintaining an up-to-date employee database.
- Supporting strategic workforce and talent deployment decisions by providing data administration and support from an analytical perspective.
- Generating and meticulously analyzing HR reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis in response to business requests, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Promptly escalating non-standard or exceptional requests for approval or resolution, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations management (7-10 years), preferably in the MENAT region.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, vendor management, benefits administration, and immigration processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.
