We are seeking passionate and skilled Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs, and Chefs de Partie to join our Upper Casual Arabic, Mediterranean, and Lebanese dining concept. The ideal candidates will support and lead kitchen operations, maintain food quality standards, and contribute to delivering authentic flavors and exceptional dining experiences.Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with restaurant standardsSpecialize in Arabic, Mediterranean, and Lebanese cuisine with consistency and authenticitySupport senior chefs in menu execution, preparation, and kitchen operationsMaintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all timesAssist in training and mentoring junior team members (for Demi Chef and CDP roles)Ensure portion control, presentation, and quality are maintained consistentlyRequirements:Minimum 1 year experience for in a similar conceptStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in Arabic, Mediterranean, and Lebanese cuisineAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environmentTeam player with strong communication and organizational skillsPassion for culinary excellence and attention to detailWillingness to work/relocate across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain
