- Partner with school HR Managers to ensure consistency of policies and processes.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for senior and specialist roles.
- Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Drive regional HR initiatives such as Emiratisation, safeguarding compliance, and workforce planning.
- Support HRIS and data integrity projects to improve reporting and insight.
- Contribute to salary benchmarking, benefits harmonisation, and budget planning.
- Act as first point of contact for regional HR queries and escalations.
- Strong generalist HR background, ideally within education or international organisations.
- Sound knowledge of UAE and regional labour laws.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Data-driven and analytical approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in HR projects, policy development, and process improvement.
- Resilient, collaborative, and adaptable, with a commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing.
