This drive fuels the commitment and humanity that run deep through our every action.During your tenure as a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance Advisory, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
  • Support on preparation of pitch books and other ad hoc financial analysis
  • Build and use complex financial models to support clients with decision making and negotiations
  • Develop/ analyse financial forecasts to estimate business valuation using different methodologies such comparable companies, DCF and transaction multiples analysis and conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis
  • Analyse financial and other data using different tools and techniques for data visualization and industry research to help create insights
  • Draft transaction collaterals such as teaser, information memorandum, management presentation, board materials, etc
  • Evaluate company's operational and financial performance, financial position and capital structure
  • Understand the company's business fundamentals, industry positioning and growth prospects
  • Assist senior team members with project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders across the transaction lifecycle

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or any related field - e.g. Math's, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration
  • ACA or ACCA or CFA or MBA or equivalent, with emphasis on corporate finance, or investment analysis is a plus
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory or Investment Banking /Private Equity with experience in areas such as business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, restructuring, and raising debt or equity
  • Willingness to pursue a financial and accounting designations (CFA/ACCA/CA)
  • Willing and able to travel and spend project time regionally
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Bilinguals (English & Arabic) preferred
