Smart Contracts & Digital Currency Expertise:
Demonstrated working knowledge of smart contracts, digital currency, and emerging technologies such as Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs). * Regulatory Consulting Experience:Proven track record as an independent consultant working with regulatory authorities (e.g., VARA, CMA, or similar organizations), providing strategic guidance and ensuring regulatory compliance for digital money initiatives. * Financial Institution Background:Preferred candidates will have consulting experience with leading banks such as FAB, Zandbank, or comparable financial institutions, bringing a deep understanding of operational, compliance, and governance requirements in the financial sector. * SOP & Rulebook Development:Extensive experience in developing clear, concise, and audit-ready Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational rulebooks, and playbooks tailored for payments and digital money use cases, including but not limited to CBDCs and smart contracts. * Cross-functional Collaboration:Ability to work closely with both technical and business teams, translating complex processes and system behaviors into practical documentation for operations, compliance, and governance stakeholders.
