The role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a safe, clean, and presentable environment at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Cleaner include, but are not limited to:Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuumingClean and sanitize restrooms, pantry areas, and common spacesEnsure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage areasRefill cleaning supplies such as soap, tissue, and sanitizer as neededMaintain cleanliness of office spaces, corridors, and building premisesReport any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisorFollow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are serviced regularlyUse cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and as instructedAssist in deep cleaning tasks when requiredSupport in maintaining hygiene standards across multiple locationsRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)1–2 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping rolesBasic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipmentGood physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasksStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyTrustworthy, punctual, and responsibleFlexible and willing to work across different locations as requiredFounded in 1978, Al Marwan is dedicated to serving customers in the construction, machinery, real estate and hospitality industries across the GCC.
