Job Description :Key Responsibilities:- Unbilled Revenue Diagnostics: Conduct a detailed review of the current unbilled revenue cycle, identify root causes of billing delays, and highlight gaps in processes and controls.- Process Optimisation: Design and implement improvements across the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring alignment with contractual and operational requirements.- Data Reconciliation & Clean-Up: Validate and reconcile existing unbilled balances, perform aging analysis, and prioritise recovery of high-value items.- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to resolve bottlenecks, streamline approvals, and improve documentation flows.- Reporting & Governance: Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and structured reporting to provide management with clear visibility on progress, risks, and recovery actions.Requirements- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management, billing optimisation, and financial process transformation.- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on execution capability.- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex organisations.- Experience in construction, landscaping, or project-based environments is preferred.- Background in consulting, Big 4, or advisory roles is highly desirable.Mandatory Requirements:- Available to start immediately.- Already based in UAE with own residence visa.- Proven track record in working capital and billing transformation.- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, imperfect environments.
