- Assess, plan, and implement lactation care for antenatal and postnatal mothers.
- Support breastfeeding initiation within the first hour of birth.
- Manage complex breastfeeding issues (e.g., latching problems, low milk supply, mastitis).
- Monitor infant feeding patterns, weight gain, and hydration status.
- Provide individualized care plans for mothers and newborns.
- Assess, plan, and implement lactation care for antenatal and postnatal mothers.

- Conduct antenatal and postnatal breastfeeding classes.
- Provide counseling for high-risk cases (premature babies, NICU admissions).
- Promote exclusive breastfeeding as per WHO/UNICEF guidelines
