Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising construction of bridges, viaducts, underpasses, and related structural works
Coordinate daily activities with engineers, inspectors, surveyors, and the wider construction supervision team
Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and technical proposals related to structural works
Coordinate with Parsons design teams to resolve design and site-related issues
Monitor contractor scheduling, resource allocation, and site progress
Maintain daily diaries, inspection records, and structural documentation
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and acceptance testing requirements
Oversee implementation of health and safety procedures and support site safety initiatives
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and assist with site instructions
Verify measurements of completed works and track progress against approved programs
Ensure accuracy and completeness of as-built drawings and handover documentation
Support final inspections and coordination with relevant authorities for project approvals and clearancesCandidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 15 years of experience in design review and construction supervision of post-tensioned bridges, underpasses, and large piling works
Strong experience in quality control, testing procedures, and compliance with project specifications
Full computer literacy with ability to use engineering, reporting, and project management software
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Prior RTA approval and UAE infrastructure project experience is an advantage
