Implement and maintain observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts)
Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker
Support microservices architecture in high-availability banking systems
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and related automation tools
Monitor and troubleshoot Linux environments for performance and reliability issues
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure system scalability, security, and complianceRequirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
6-9 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles in banking environments
Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, RDS/Aurora
Strong experience in observability (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts)
Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, microservices support, and container orchestration
Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
Strong Linux systems administration and performance troubleshooting skills
Experience in enterprise banking systems is mandatory
