- Update and maintain client and property information in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials specific to residential properties, including flyers and online listings.
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, tenants, and vendors to facilitate smooth residential transactions.
- Support the processing of rental applications, tenant screenings, and lease renewals.
- Assist in invoicing, payment tracking, and basic bookkeeping related to residential transactions.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Ensure compliance with residential real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
