- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present our products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Respond to customer queries on the phone and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Work toward and consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Log call activity and update records (CRM or spreadsheets) to keep leads and follow-ups organized.
- Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and support campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of Telugu or Kannada is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills and an engaging telephone manner.
- Previous experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer service is required.
- Must be currently based in Dubai and legally able to work there.
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, target-driven environment and meeting deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, resilience, and ability to handle objections professionally.
