Job Type: Full TimeJob OverviewAs a BI/Data Analyst, you will develop dashboards, manage data pipelines, and drive business insight generation across multiple platforms. You\'ll collaborate with marketing, product, and customer strategy teams to turn consumer data into actionable intelligence using Power BI, SQL, and other enterprise tools.What You'll Do
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards using Power BI and DAX for marketing and customer insight teams
  • Analyze structured and semi-structured data from GA, CRM, loyalty platforms, and data lakes
  • Use SQL for querying, transformation, and data preparation in support of analytics and reporting
  • Work with SSIS and data integration workflows for timely and accurate data delivery
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and meaningful visualizations
  • Support segmentation, customer lifetime value, funnel analysis, and retention metrics
  • Apply data governance and metadata management best practices across reporting assets
  • Present findings to marketing and product teams in a clear, actionable manner
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline
  • 3-4 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles, preferably in retail or digital sectors
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and SQL; experience with SSIS is a plus
  • Familiar with big data tools (Kafka, S3, Python) and GA-based product analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to convey complex findings to business users
  • Experience with ERP, BI ecosystems, or customer data platforms is an advantage
  • Must be a UAE National (Emirati), aligned with national workforce development programs
