- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to achieve targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and guide them through the purchase process.
- Oversee negotiations and ensure favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to align on project details and sales campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards for off-plan property transactions.
- Network with key stakeholders to strengthen market presence and business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector, with strong exposure to off-plan sales.
- Hands-on experience in both developer and broker environments.
- Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
