JPC - 3125 Procurement Officer

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in relationship-building, capable of cultivating and maintaining connections with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in negotiation techniques, facilitating successful outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in strategic Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or Law.
• MCIPS or equivalent certification are preferable

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement.
• Experience in procurement best practices. In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, processes and tools.
• Negotiation experience related to both commercial and PO T&Cs.
• Experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization
• Experience and ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
• Aviation or similar experience in working as client or in public entities
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products
• Hand-on experience in ERP for purchase order management and related responsibilities
• Hand-on experience in P2P systems preferably in Jaggaer syste
