This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented group of structural engineers, drive the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions, and play a key role in some of the region's most significant multidisciplinary projects.Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers and designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Oversee the structural design and delivery of large-scale projects across commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use developments.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant international codes and local authority requirements.
Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to achieve integrated project outcomes.
Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and authority submissions.
Support business development, proposals, and work-winning activities in collaboration with the leadership team.
Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership is highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering design and project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
Proven track record in consultancy environments and multidisciplinary project coordination.
Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, materials, and current engineering technologies.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Revit).
Experience in Middle East projects is essential.
