- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HR systems, including SuccessFactors, from requirement gathering to user training and ongoing support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development programs, to optimize employee performance and career growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new HR processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote compliance, diversity, and inclusion.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to HR team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree coupled with additional HR qualifications preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a focus on HR transformation, systems implementation, and strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR systems, such as SuccessFactors, and driving transformative HR initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, performance management principles, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and familiarity with local employment laws and regulations in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
