- implements budgeting and financial record-keeping procedures to ensure efficient coordination of various offices.
- Monitors and responds to inquiries regarding budgeting.
- Provides administrative support including reviewing budget requests, validating budget availability, asking for supporting documents and justifications for spending, and recommending solutions.
- Responds to phone and email enquiries from users, deans, managers, and other employees, and handling different issues and inquiries as they required.
- Updates information on budget system, maintain budget records, reference files and all records and reports for the office.
- Conducts awareness sessions for users to explain the budget cycles, policies and procedures.
