For our client, a multinational manufacturer of aesthetics & physiotherapy devices, we are looking for an experienced Final Inspection Specialist.   • Implement Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement principles.
  • Support quality audits, testing protocols, and corrective/preventive action planning (CAPA).
  • Drive improvements in formulation consistency, product durability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the business works in accordance with accredited standards such as ISO 9001 & ISO 13485.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technology teams and end-users to identify and address process and technology gaps.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical staff to ensure mutual understanding and effective problem-solving.
  • Analyse quality performance data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Maintenance.
  • Leading investigations, method validations, method transfers (internal and external), new instrument selection, implementation, and validation, and other GMP activities.
  • Perform analysis tasks according to approved methods of analysis and SOPs and applying them as required to ensure the integrity of analysis.
  • Prepare and review SOP as part improvement within QA department.
  • Review and monitor overall activities related to QMS (CC, Deviation, CAPA, Annual product Quality Review, Market Complaint and Product recall).
  • Handling in QMS (CAPA, Deviation, Incident, OOS).
  • Perform approval of raw material & packing material post completion of analysis.
  • Ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of the products, as well as the satisfaction and trust of the clients.
Final Inspection Specialist – Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics/ Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing, with a strong exposure to QC and/or R&D.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be proactive and possess good inter personnel skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English language.
