- Conduct routine radiation surveys and dose rate monitoring at medical, industrial, and research sites.
- Implement ALARA principles via time, distance, shielding, and PPE protocols.
- Maintain dose records for staff, manage dosimetry programs.
- Ensure compliance with FANR regulations and Abu Dhabi-specific rules
- Prepare/submission of regulatory filings, incident reports, and license renewals.
- Calibrate and maintain radiation detection instruments, dosimeters, and monitoring systems.
- Develop and deliver radiation safety training for radiographers, lab personnel, engineers, contractors.
- Coordinate sealed source handling, leak testing, and emergency drills.
- Draft and lead radiation incident & spill response plans.
- Perform contamination surveys and decontamination procedures.
- Oversee safe storage, transportation, and disposal of radioactive materials/waste following FANR guidance
