- Collaborate on food trials for upcoming menu changes
- Work in compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain proper kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout the shift
- Support the team during peak service hours and assist in other sections as needed
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong understanding of basic cooking methods and kitchen operations
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
