🎯 Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly qualified and culturally attuned Consultant Hematologist to join a leading tertiary care hospital in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in diagnosing and managing both benign and malignant hematologic disorders, with a strong commitment to evidence-based care and multidisciplinary collaboration.🧠 Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage hematologic conditions, including:

Anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukemias, lymphomas, myeloma
Hemophilia, sickle cell disease, and clotting disorders
Oversee bone marrow biopsy procedures, transfusion protocols, and chemotherapy regimens
Collaborate with oncology, pathology, and radiology teams for integrated patient care
Provide consultative services to inpatient and outpatient units
Participate in tumor boards, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
Contribute to academic teaching and CME programs

📋 Qualifications & Experience

Certification: Board-certified in Hematology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)
Licensure: DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility required
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary or academic hospital setting
Proven expertise in both benign and malignant hematologic conditions
Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills
