
Marketing & Communications Manager

- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies
- Oversee brand positioning, voice, and consistency across all channels
- Manage content creation: press releases, blogs, social media, and targeted marketing materials
- Own digital marketing including website, SEO, social campaigns, and CRM (Salesforce)
- Drive stakeholder and investor engagement through tailored communication and promotional assets
- Lead public relations and media liaison efforts, including crisis communication
- Collaborate with Commercial, Business Development, and Operational teams to align strategies
- Plan and deliver trade events, conferences, and international exhibitions
- Oversee budgets and agency/vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective output
- Use data insights and analytics to measure ROI and optimise campaigns
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity to refine strategies
- Act as brand guardian for major launches and expansion initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing/communications within ports, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong experience in both strategy and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience with digital marketing and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Confident managing international campaigns and working with global teams
- Familiarity with industry media, trade bodies, and investment communities
- Strategic thinker with a creative and commercial mindset
