Job Description:Our client a growing logistics company, is looking for a Supply Chain CRM Coordinator who will be based in Dubai. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes by managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer data, facilitating communication between various departments, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention within our supply chain operations. Other responsibilities will include:
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate communication with customers across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Optimize CRM processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to employees on CRM usage.
  • Ensure compliance with date protection regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate CRM performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the quality of all accessories
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM system administration, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to mobility accessories.
