- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate communication with customers across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Optimize CRM processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to employees on CRM usage.
- Ensure compliance with date protection regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate CRM performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the quality of all accessories
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM system administration, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM is an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to mobility accessories.
