  • Review and validate contractors' baseline schedules for compliance with contracts and best practices
  • Develop integrated Master Schedules for multiple project packages, managing interdependencies and risks
  • Evaluate updated schedules, highlight delays, and propose corrective or recovery actions
  • Conduct “what-if” analyses to assess the impact of variations, risks, and potential events on project timelines
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with progress updates, analysis, and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Assess claims, including Extensions of Time and Disruption, using methodologies such as time impact and window analysis
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal teams to resolve scheduling and reporting issues
  • Maintain project records, trackers, and risk/event logs to ensure proper documentation of project performance
  • Issue delay notices for contractor performance shortfalls, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Mentor and manage a small team of planning engineers, providing technical and leadership guidance
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • At least 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices
  • Proven track record on major infrastructure works, including interchanges, highways, bridges, underpasses, and utilities
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, interfaces, and coordination requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior experience with RTA Dubai projects
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and authority requirements in the UAE
