What You Will Do
  • The Engineering Program comprises six assignments over two years, focusing on key technical areas such as Installation and Service Operations and Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales).
  • After completing the program, you'll be well-positioned to advance your career in a role that matches your skills and interests.
Skills You Will DevelopInstallation and Service Operations:
  • Technical Skills: Grasping engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Equipment Installation: Setting up and calibrating systems.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Conducting routine checks and repairs.
  • Customer Support: Communicating technical solutions clearly.
Collaboration: Engaging with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales):
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding the specifications and benefits of our offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Communication & Presentation: Simplifying complex concepts for non-technical customers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Closing sales deals with confidence.
  • Market Analysis: Identifying client needs and industry trends.
  • Problem-Solving: Crafting tailored solutions for our clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Understanding pricing models and competitor analysis.
  • Collaboration: Working seamlessly with marketing, engineering, and customer support teams.
What We Look For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Must be a UAE national with a family book.
  • Passion for pursuing an engineering-based career.
  • Adaptability to work with a diverse team.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous internship experience in related fields would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
