Property Operations Manager - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential, commercial or mixed-use properties
• Act as primary point of contact for tenants and ensure adherence to established procedures
• Assist in preparation and monitoring of project and operational budgets
• Liaise with internal teams including development, legal and leasing to ensure aligned asset management outcomes
• Support implementation of asset improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and facility services with contractors and vendors
• Conduct routine property inspections and prepare condition assessment reports
