- Establish clear program goals, milestones, and measurable performance indicators

- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making across teams
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights and program updates to leadership teams
